Join us for “The World of Stereoscopic 3D” workshop weekend at Tsa-Kwa-Luten Lodge on Quadra Island, BC (near Campbell River).
January 26th – 29th, 2012
With the guidance from Emily Carr University, Stereoscopic 3D Centre of Excellence experienced professionals, you will gain valuable experience during three days of education and training. Sessions during the workshop include: The Science, History and Business of 3D, a variety of S3D production technology demonstrations, the range of today’s latest 3D rig systems and hands on practice with the Kerner and Genus Hurricane S3D rigs, understanding of the pre-visualization will be broken down and explained by Jericca Cleland and tax credits, film incentives and resources will be discussed with Robert Wong, Film BC + Media.
Additional instructors and guest experts will be announced as they are confirmed.
This class is for DP’s, Stereographers, Camera Assistants, Stereo Rig Techs, DIT’s, Colorists and On-line Producers.
Attendance is limited to 30 people from the creative and digital industries, in order to create and intimate learning atmosphere. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
